How long in advance should I reserve a wireless unit?
At least 7 business days before your event to ensure proper set up.
Is there a security deposit required?
We no longer require a security deposit on rentals.
Can I keep my same merchant service provider?
Absolutely, we work with your current merchant service provider to activate the wireless terminals. If you need a new merchant services account set up, please visit www.GoMobileAccount.com. Separate approval required.
How are the units shipped?
We ship USPS Priority Mail, FOB Milton, WA. Our prices are inclusive of roundtrip shipping.
Can I take PIN-based debit?
PIN-based debit requires additional encryption from your current merchant service provider, therefore we recommend you run PIN-based debit as a credit card.
How long does the battery last?
Around 3 days in stand-by mode and/or 4 hours of continous use. For longer use, you may keep your unit plugged in at all times or rent additional batteries.
Is technical support available over the weekends?
We provide 24 hour support, included with all of our wireless rentals or purchases.
If there is no cellular signal at my event, will your units work?
We work with AT&T and T-Mobile to ensure there is cellular coverage in your area. In the unlikely event there is no coverage, our terminals allow for “store and forward” . Transactions are securely stored in the terminal and will be processed as soon as a cellular signal becomes available.
Can I purchase a unit, outright?
Yes, the price of a new unit is $799.00 and $19.00 for the monthly wireless access fee. We do offer demo units at a reduced price, please call for pricing.
How do I view my credit card transactions?
You will receive an email with your login credentials to access real-time transactions and reporting online.
Is the terminal secure and PCI compliant?
The Blue Bamboo H50, P25 and Redfin Gateway are all PCI compliant as along with PABP, PED and PTS certified.
I only have a Paypal account, will I need a separate merchant services account?
Yes, we work with all major merchant service providers, except for Paypal or Intuit Quickbooks.
What back end platforms are you compatible with?
TSYS (Vital), Paymentech, Global, Elavon (Nova), First Data Omaha, Nashville, and North.
