Rental Shipping and Returns

The cost of shipping is not included in the price of all rentals.  Return shipping for rentals is not included, simply reuse the shipping box the unit was sent in along with the included USPS postage.  Return shipping should be made no later than the first business day after the rental period has expired.  Shipment is FOB Milton, Washington and will be made by either USPS (Unites States Postal Service) Priority Mail or United Postal Service (UPS).

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Rentals shipped via standard delivery will arrive on or before the date requested, but the rental period will only begin on the actual date requested.

Next-Day Express Rental Shipping

Orders placed with express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 1 business day, pending credit card authorization, verification and active merchant services account.

Orders placed with express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Standard Sales Shipping

The cost of shipping is not  included in the price of all sales. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be made on all unused merchandise up to 30 days from date of sale. Items must be unused and in brand-new condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, the buyer will not be charged for return shipping.
