What is the minimum rental period for the wireless credit card machine?
The minimum period is seven days. For weekend events, these extra days allows you extra time to test and train on the equipment before your event's start date. If you will need your rental longer than 30 days, please give us a call so we can customize a solution that will best fit your organization's needs, budget, and timeframe.
Does Go Mobile provide on-site staff and support?
Depending on your event's size and needs, Go Mobile can provide on-site service and support, please inquire within. All rentals, regardless of size, do receive 24 hour technical support, training, and service via our toll-free number. We are always here for you to ensure a successful event, taking on the worry so you don't have to!

What is included with a Go Mobile rental?
Each machine includes its own cellular SIM card so it works virtually anywhere a cell phone works. At midnight daily, the transactions will automatically batch and funds will be deposited within 24 to 48 business hours by your merchant services provider. When your event is complete, simply attach the prepaid UPS label and the machine ships back to Go Mobile Commerce.
How long in advance should I reserve a rental?
Two weeks, please. Rush orders are dependant on availability and activation time from your merchant services provider.
Is there a security deposit required?
We do not require a security deposit, but we do ask for a valid credit card number on file before shipping machines.
Can I keep my same merchant service provider?
Absolutely! We work with your current merchant service provider to activate the wireless terminals. We are compatible with all major providers, except for PayPal and Quickbooks. If you need a new merchant services account set up, please visit www.GoMobileAccount.com. Separate approval required.
How are the units shipped?
We ship UPS and you will receive e-mail tracking notifications once deployed.
Can I take PIN-based debit?
Our rental program allows for you to accept PIN-based debit as a credit card sale. If you are purchasing a unit, we are able to activate the PIN-based debit feature, please let us know, as additional security encryption and programming is required.
How long does the battery last?
When fully charged, the battery will last up to three days in stand-by mode and/or four hours of continous use. It charges similar to a cell phone and you may use the device while it is charging. If you believe you will need an extra battery, let us know so we can accomodate your request.

If there is no cellular signal at my event, will your units work?
If you know in advance there is absolutely no cellular coverage at your location, we do not recommend our wireless solution, as we work with ATT and TMobile providers and cannot guarantee coverage. As a back up (not recommended), our machines do allow for “store and forward” . Transactions are securely stored in the terminal and will be processed as soon as a cellular signal becomes available.
How do I view my credit card transactions?
You will receive an email with your login credentials to access real-time transactions and reporting online at www.gomobilegateway.com.
Is the terminal secure and PCI DSS compliant?
The Blue Bamboo H50, P25 and Redfin Gateway are all PCI compliant as along with PABP, PED and PTS certified.
I only have a Paypal account, will I need a separate merchant services account?
We work with all major banks and merchant service providers. If you need a short-term merchant services account, you may apply online at www.gomobileaccount.com.
What processors is Go Mobile compatible and certified on?
We are compatible with all major merchant service providers, including Bank of America, Chase, US Bank, Wells Fargo, Costco Merchant Services, and 1,000's more. The back end processing platforms we are compatible with include TSYS (Vital), Paymentech, Global, Elavon (Nova), Fifth Third Bank, First Data Omaha, Nashville, and North. The software we use is Hypercom TPI Smart Payment Server, Version 2.081201. If your provider has additional questions on compatbility and set up, please give us a call at 866-924-8955.
What does the purchase price include?
Purchasing a machine outright includes: activation to your current merchant service provider, shipping, one brand new H50 GPRS wireless device with SIM card, battery, charging cable, and one paper roll. Additional items, such as car chargers, thermal paper cases, and nylon carrying case can be purchased separately. There is a monthly cellular service of $25.00 per month, which includes 24-hour technical support, free equipment replacement, online gateway, unlimited transactions, and cellular coverage.
Will the equipment become obsolete?
The hardware is durable, long lasting, and if taken care of properly, should not become obsolete and last for many years. Go Mobile has the ability to update the equipment's software over the air (OTA) should a new software version or security update be required at a future date. We are continously updating the payment gateway to comply or exceed the payment card industry security requirements.
What does the warranty cover?
Go Mobile warranties the equipment as long as the life of the wireless service is with Go Mobile. Because of our large rental inventory, we can provide you with a replacement while your machine is repaired. Our warranty is very generious, but does not include water damage, theft or loss.
